Global Operations Manager

We are searching for an exceptional and dynamic individual to join our team as the Global Operations Manager. The successful candidate can drive real change and revolutionize our production department with innovative and creative approaches.
Requirements:
What tasks are waiting for you:
- implement the company's vision for the process of developing and planning training courses for each market;
- search for bottlenecks in the processes and streamline them;
- lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to the new processes;
- develop and implement the tools and processes to track the key metrics in each market;
- establish and maintain communication with top management and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure support for initiatives;
- develop and deliver training sessions for local teams on the new processes and systems introduced;
- сreate a process to collect feedback from the local teams regarding the implementation and operation of new processes.
Skill pack for high-quality performance:
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field;
- 2-3 years of project management experience in an international environment;
- proven record of successful implementation of operational processes and change management initiatives;
- strong leadership and stakeholder management skills;
- analytical and strategic thinker;
- upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
